Hannah Joy Fellowes
Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist and Trauma Recovery Specialist
About Me
Hi my name is Hannah Joy Fellowes, I am a white British woman, born and raised in Kent the Garden of England which is where I currently make my home (via a few other places in the world). My pronouns are she/her. I came to psychotherapy through my own struggles and after experiencing powerful changes in my life through the process of committing to the work of therapy, training seemed the natural next step.
I was able to undergo training at Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Educstion (CCPE in London). This was a rich and deep 6 year journey drawing together Psychodynamic perspectives, Existential, Transpersonal and Depth work. One of the things I love about my job is that it requires continued commitment to growth and change.
Alongside my initial training, I dove into all kinds of different psychotherapy and healing modalities, including a two year trauma recovery program, couples, sex and relationship therapy, group work, family constellations, dream and integration work. All of these perspectives underpin my approach to therapy. I see therapy as a path to transformation and freedom. A place for you to explore who you are and what you bring to this life as well as to move into the way you want to be in the world.
As well as my work as a psychotherapist, I love music, plants, community, dancing, learning and studying and recently learned to DJ.
